Working across image-making, digital processes, textile construction, performance-for-video and collage-as-remix, Khush explores identity, cultural heritage, personal history and urban environments through the lenses of late 90s underground club culture and Leicester’s many cultural, technological, urban and social histories.
Recent projects explore AI-generated image-making, live coding, augmented reality, remote collaboration, problematic archives, electronic sound art and generative/computational processes.
Khush has exhibited in the UK, USA and India, and her work is held in the public collection of the City of Leicester Museums Trust. She was nominated and shortlisted for acquisition by the Government Art Collection's Art X-UK 2022-2023 programme.
